Memasuki bulan September 2020, Pihak AFES telah menganjurkan 1 aktiviti riadah badminton yang bertempat di TJH Sport Centre, Glenmarie Shah Alam. Permainan badminton ini bermula sebagai permainan koperasi di mana pemain bekerjasama untuk menjaga shuttlecock, gabus berbulu kecil di udara selama mungkin. Oleh itu, pekerja boleh melepaskan tekanan kerja dengan melakukan aktiviti seperti ini.
Selain itu, aktiviti ini dapat membolehkan kita sebagai pekerja memperoleh kepuasan dalam mengembangkan kecergasan dan kemahiran kita dan dengan itu dapat menyumbang bukan hanya untuk kesihatan semasa tetapi juga untuk kesihatan masa depan. Selain itu, aktiviti seperti ini juga dapat mengekalkan hubungan baik di antara pekerja terutamanya antara jabatan dalam organisasi.
Tambahan pula, aktiviti sukan ini juga dapat membantu meningkatkan stamina dan tumpuan serta pada masa yang sama juga akan meningkatkan produktiviti mereka dalam melakukan pekerjaan seharian mereka. Program ini berlangsung sebanyak 2 sesi dalam seminggu (setiap selasa dan jumaat) untuk pekerja merebut peluang menyertai aktiviti ini.
