Pada 16 dan 23 Julai 2020 telah berlansungnya program promosi kesihatan yang dianjurkan oleh pentadbiran HSE dan dibantu oleh pihak NIOSH untuk pendedahan kehidupan cara sihat dan meningkatkan kesedaran tentang pentingnya hidup sihat di tempat kerja. Program ini mengfokuskan ke arah tahap kecergasan individu, pengurusan tekanan di tempat kerja, diet sihat dan kesihatan mental. Program ini telah berlansung 2 hari dimana pada 16 haribulan, darah diambil dari pihak hospital bagi tujuan pemeriksaan kesihatan. Dan pada 23 Julai, pemeriksaan tahap kecergasan telah dilakukan.
Beberapa set aktiviti pemanasan badan telah dijalankan dan dipandu oleh jurulatih khas kecergasan daripada NIOSH. Para peserta juga telah diberi taklimat sebelum memulakan ujian kecergasan supaya tidak berlaku sebarang kecederaan. Program telah berjalan dengan lancar dan para peserta peroleh manfaat serta informasi secukupnya untuk digunakan dalam kehidupan seharian. Pengamalan hidup sihat amatlah penting bagi memastikan kita sentiasa kekal sihat dan mempunyai sistem imunisasi badan yang tinggi seterusnya dapat memberi refleksi yang positif kepada individu.
