Alam Flora Environmental Solutions Sdn Bhd (AFES) is thrilled to welcome Encik Azral Affendi Bin Sufian as our new Chief Operating Officer (COO)! Appointed by the Board of Directors, he officially steps into the role on 15 March 2025, bringing with him a wealth of expertise and a dynamic leadership style that will undoubtedly propel AFES to greater heights.

Encik Azral brings more than 25 years of track record in both industrial and government sectors, Encik Azral is a seasoned leader known for his strategic mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive business growth. His knack for working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders makes him an invaluable asset in strengthening AFES’s role in the environmental solutions industry.

Before joining AFES, Encik Azral served as the CEO of MTU Power Systems, where he ensured business continuity and growth while safeguarding shareholders’ interests. He also led Edgenta Energy Services (EES), where he spearheaded business development activities, energy studies, and financial modeling for technical and energy financing solutions.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Encik Azral began his career in Shell’s prestigious Graduate Programme, taking on key roles in business development, key account solutions, and supply chain management. With his extensive knowledge and experience, we are confident that his leadership will take AFES to new heights in driving sustainability and environmental excellence.
