Pada tahun ini, Jabatan Sumber Manusia AFES telah mengadakan Program ERAT dimana, pihak jabatan sumber manusia akan turun melawat ke setiap kawasan perkhidmatan dibawah AFES. Tujuan Program ERAT ini adalah untuk memberi peluang kepada para pekerja di lapangan bermula dari kumpulan G dan ke atas untuk menyuarakan pendapat serta bertukar-tukar pandangan dengan pihak pengurusan.Selain itu, program ini juga bertujuan untuk mengecilkan jurang khas antara Pekerja dan majikan. Program ini juga menjadi platform bagi para Pekerja untuk berkongsi isu berbangkit berkenaan kerja, sekaligus dapat membuka mata semua tentang situasi kerja yang sebenar.
